TO BOOK A RESERVATION

RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with receipt of 50% deposit. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and personal checks. Minimum 2 night stay June – September and all weekends and holidays throughout the year.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGE POLICY
Your deposit will be refunded with thirty or more days notice from reservation dates. Less then thirty days from reservation date will result in a refund only if the entire reservation can be re-rented. A 10% cancellation fee (of your total reservation, not of your deposit) applies to all cancellation/changes. Early departures are responsible for the entire reservation.

ALL RATES are in U.S. Dollars per night double or single occupancy. Rates are exclusive of 9.8% tax and 5% staff gratuity.

CHECK-IN any time between 3PM and 6PM. Late arrivals by prior arrangement only.

CHECK-OUT time is 11AM

The Inn on Orcas Island is a Non-smoking property
